Mumbai: Firstsource Solutions Q1 FY27 delivered strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with consolidated revenue growing 22.9% year-on-year to ₹27,249 million (US$288 million).

The company also recorded its ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit year-on-year revenue growth and reiterated its FY27 constant currency revenue growth guidance of 10% to 13%.

Firstsource Solutions Limited (NSE: FSL, BSE: 532809), a global intelligence partner and an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 prepared in accordance with IndAS.

Financial Highlights

During Firstsource Solutions Q1 FY27, the company reported:

  • Revenue of ₹27,249 million (US$288 million), up 22.9% YoY
  • EBIT of ₹3,367 million, representing 12.4% of revenues, up 34.8% YoY
  • Adjusted PAT of ₹2,222 million, representing 8.2% of revenue
  • Reported PAT of ₹1,659 million
  • Diluted EPS of ₹2.36

The adjusted PAT excludes exceptional charges of ₹563 million (net of tax) recognized during the quarter.

Business Highlights

Firstsource Solutions Q1 FY27 marked the sixth consecutive quarter in which the company signed four or more large deals, securing four major contracts during the period.

The company also added 12 new logos, including three strategic accounts.

Notable deal wins during the quarter included:

  • A large transformative contract with a leading UK-based benefits and pensions administration provider for end-to-end back-office transformation and resource optimization.
  • A large deal with a leading academic medical center in the US for insurance follow-up, denials management, and complex claims resolution, representing a new client for the company.
  • Expansion of services for a leading public health system in the US covering patient contact center and self-pay early-out services.
  • A new engagement with a US-based health insurance provider for customer experience services.
  • Selection by a leading US-based on-demand manufacturing marketplace to provide account servicing and customer experience services.
  • Expansion of its partnership with a UK-based fiber broadband provider for customer experience services delivered from South Africa.
  • A large contract with a leading international public transport and shared mobility operator for customer service operations across Europe.

Growth Across Business Verticals

Firstsource Solutions Q1 FY27 witnessed broad-based growth across its industry verticals.

  • The Banking and Financial Services segment added five new logos, supported by strong demand across collections and AI-led transformation initiatives.
  • The Healthcare business added four new logos, driven by the continued rollout of AI across payer and provider operations.
  • Communications, Media & Technology added two new logos, reflecting demand for AI-enabled technology-led solutions.
  • The Diversified Industries vertical maintained steady demand across Utilities and Retail while adding one new logo.

The company’s closing headcount stood at 36,875 at the end of the quarter. The voluntary attrition rate for employees with more than 180 days of employment was 27.5%.

FY27 Outlook

Looking ahead, Firstsource Solutions Q1 FY27 reaffirmed its outlook for the full fiscal year. The company expects constant currency revenue growth between 10% and 13% for FY27 and projects its EBIT margin to remain in the range of 12.25% to 12.75%.
